MY AGNOSTICISM

With the permission of the one who stated that to have access to my own money could be dangerous to me, I want to give to my readers here a simple lesson of terms and definitions that relate to my (broken) intelligence and me. Even if I grew up in Italy and consequently was a Catholic, educated as such since birth, my own "sparkling" intelligence made me an agnostic for many years.

Agnosticism addresses knowledge; atheism addresses belief. The agnostic says, “I don't have a knowledge that God exists.” The atheist says, “I don't have a belief that God exists.” You can say both things at the same time. Some agnostics are atheistic and some are theistic."

A theist believes in the existence of a god or gods; specifically has the belief in the existence of one God viewed as the creative source of the human race and the world that transcends yet is immanent in the world.

I hope that from these definitions of my nature and intelligence it's very clear why I've been pledging to at least try the perispinal Enbrel that to me can only be proven if it is effective or not by doing it on me - especially since medicine is entirely a big guess (as I have been saying here "ad nauseam").

A better and more modern definition of my beliefs - that is not in contradiction with my theistic agnosticism - is that I am a creationist who had the prove of the existence of God and still has connections that make me clearly understand parts of the mysteries of our afterlife.

It is currently well known that while dyeing (or passing over) we can look - in a very short time - at our entire lives and no matter if we convinced ourselves to have lived a very correct and respectful life, somehow it will be our God who will highlight for us the parts not entirely good (or correct, or sinless) as we (our souls) make this objective evaluation of our lives, we can determine on our own what we deserve as result.

Finally I can explain what the real hell, purgatory and heaven truly are, differently from the description of the divine poet Dante Alighieri of several centuries ago.

In fact, there is no fire or boiling oil or torturing machines in hell, it is very simply a soul lost in the emptiness and solitude of the universe in eternity, BUT with the clear knowledge of the existence of heaven and the presence of God, then Purgatory is about the same however while there, the souls have the knowledge that in time the doors of heaven will open for them too.

I consider the way heaven is called in my mother language (Italian) more appropriate and closer to reality; in fact, we call it "earthly paradise" meaning that once there all is just like here on earth, without any of the pains and sufferings that we have while living here on earth.

Just read the Bible to have confirmation of what I am saying and please do not say what one guy says in the beginning of the Afterlife movie, or:" if afterlife is as great as everyone says, why do we have to live here on earth then?" This and the fact that it is because of the betrayal of the promise made to God by the woman Eve, is what makes me the most uneasy about our history and I can only ask to my readers here to email their explanation to this directly to me.

ABOUT GUILT, RELIGIONS AND GOD

On 7/15 I posted my thought about the concept of guilt that I always thought it had to be "repaired" by doing something not completely pleasant -from praying to jail-time to even death sentence while alive, or worst eternal damnation of our souls - in my extensive email conversations with philosophers and scientist (NOT MD's) knowledgeable about our afterlife and what it might be and I post here what I learned:
Hell in afterlife is being far and alone, lost in the immensity of the universe knowing very well where heaven (and God) is, with all of its “perks”J.
What most bothered one while living is where the soul will end up being and be in constant regrets for eternity.
In a certain way, I feel that I agree with the understandings of human life that my philosopher friend Iacopo (third hypothesis) describes in the fact that our eternal destiny isn't really decided by God-self but much more by our own assessment of the way we lived our own lives.

On this subject, I want to add that since God created the entire universe, we were given the brain (completely unexplainable by any theory of any kind) that - as I said already - we only use at a fraction of its capacity and can make miracles happen (go to read my 12/12/2012 post on the importance of praying).

EVERYTHING CONNECTED

I said here before that one of the most reasonable (for humanity) proves of the real existence of God is in the universal gravity force that in fact had the scientist Galileo Galilei accused by the church (Vatican) of that time (1616), of heresy and condemned to written abjuration of his studies, theories and writings that were very close and in agreement with what Copernicus had published already.

It's from the concept of gravity that I have the hope that our economy will soon recover, in my (broken) mind it cannot stay this negative for very much longer, but in following this same line of thinking, I realized that there must exist some kind of connection in everything else. This is in fact the subject I want to present today, that it's my understanding that is closely related to the Buddhist law of the Karma, meaning that also while living here on earth we receive back ten times whatever bad we do to others.

I really hope not to have lost or confused you, because I went from the gravity law as studied by Galileo to the connection of human kind with God and the Karma.

No wonder I was condemned to be under full conservatorship while my entire family doesn't bother, nor wants to be at all involved, but since I'm a very tough survivor to TBI with practical death, I'm here to stay for at least 30 more years to enjoy looking at how the Karma and our human connections will bring my life in balance again.

ABOUT MY TBI

Every TBI is different, even if it affects the same area of the brain, in fact:

Why am I hemiparetic on the entire left part of my body, but I have the same skin sensation than I have in the right part?
Why when I came out of the 2 months long coma, I could speak both English and Italian as if nothing had ever happened?
Why I never had any issue to swallow food and drink water?

A while ago, I went to the UCLA with all of my brain MRI's to be seen by Dr. Vespa. He is a very experienced and much respected neurologist, he truly gave very much hope to me regarding my sure rehabilitation because - after an extensive conversation with me (much like the neuropsychologist at UCLA too, dr. Spar had later with me) and intense study of all of my MRI's - he said the main part of my brain that is injured is the motor cortex and the right occipital lobe (left vision cut), that in his experience do not affect my behavior, memory, logic and intelligence J

Sadly, I must have emailed him too much about the perispinal Enbrel, like all my other MD's… because he has stopped to reply to my emails since months.

I must admit at this point that perispinal Enbrel truly must be a fraud, because even if very much money is involved and the Big Pharma has all to lose if it might ever be FDA approved for TBI recovery, there wouldn't exist a single reason not to move forward what may resolve the TBI epidemic of this second millennium.

However, having always been a very shrewd wealth/money manager I don't understand the reason(s) why nobody at the FDA wants to take any critical position or say anything negative on this "therapy" and why is it that the US patent office granted a patent on a medical procedure (injection location), while Tobinick has a very aggressive legal firm that protects any unauthorized use of his patent and has been making very much money since years?

My list of questions about this might take too long for me to post here, but the reasons why this use of Enbrel is so "secretive" and harshly protected remain, so I've been hoping that with the election of a new president this issue of the "medical approval" and a more spread use of this "therapy" can find the intelligent answer and the entire world will resolve this new epidemic inexpensively.

Listen to this BUT do know that I never had any changes regarding anything that has to do with SEX....

WHY AM I STILL ALIVE?

My followers here do know that while in the long coma I imagined to have met with Jesus Christ - maybe "myself in another time and space" as my friend Iacopo suggested - my story continues describing that I had asked to Jesus (?) not to cross the river of death for the immense love I do have for my treasures regardless that I was told that it would surely have been painful (made many jokes about this).

Lately my main question is if I truly met Jesus or if it was "something else", I can say that by digging very much in my memories I remember having seen a translucent golden sphere talking to me with the voice of a male, but the fact that I was predicted exactly what my future was going to be, really makes me believe that I might have met with God, on this I need to explain that when people say that the intelligence of God is very human, I cannot disagree with it, in fact I'm sure that we all could be gods if we knew past, present and future.

Taking any decision about anything wouldn't be guessing at all anymore, even what I call the guess-science (medicine) would be very specific and precise, no need to make any guessing anymore at all, we would all be Gods.

The one thing that bothers me most is that whomever I made this deal with hasn't been true to his part of the deal, how can I do anything with my children if I hardly see them once a week and I am never able to talk with them (email and phone)?

Am I truly still living (in pain) just to leave behind these blogs that do represent my personal diary, with my hopes, frustrations and thoughts?

Let me just say that - no matter how painful and hard - I'm never going to end my life, for these 2 simple reasons (no matter how stupid):

only my God can decide when it's time for me to go
Even if I cannot see and interact with my treasures as much as I want/need/is right I will never leave in their memories the idea of a dad who when I couldn't take it anymore, I just gave it all up (them included) by committing suicide.

So "stay tuned" I'm not leaving any time soon, no matter the pain or the cost, where we all go after we die, money isn't important at all, ask to Steve Jobs….

MY CONDEMNATION

As I keep researching in the internet for 14 hours each day and my injured brain keeps learning new concepts and ideas (does the impossible) I stumbled upon this Youtube video that prompted me to research about the big risk to be assessed by a fearful Ph.D. that in order to feel safer in his profession condemned me to conservatorship. Of course I cannot and will not name this Ph.D. in fear, he knows well who he is and knows even better where his soul is going to go after the body will be left behind here (in a coffin?) unless he can repair what his fear had him do to me, or free me from this lifelong condemnation.

Of course, he isn't the only one who can save his soul from eternal regret, there are several other (women) close to me that by doing something very simple can free me up and be eternally saved (for this one mistake at least, I'm not God, so I can't tell what other sins they had committed in life).

In my simple Google search (links at the bottom) I did however find that the NASGA Association has a very strong and true mission to accomplish.

The law has given way too much power to people in the field that can affect lives of others in a very negative way, while these are simply people who even if they have a Ph. D., therefore can make mistakes for different reasons (fear or fetishes of some kind). In posting this I repeat my request to be freed by those who can, so that they will avoid to have the eternal pain to be responsible to having hurt someone else (me).

ME AS LANCE ARMSTRONG

On 10/28/1012 I posted that I feel like how the grandiose composer Beethoven must have felt when he lost his hearing, I thought that I can really imagine very well how for a musician who loves music so much that he can compose it himself to enjoy hearing it, must be truly heartbreaking to lose the ability to hear a single note of it.

Today I want to change the statement I made almost 2 years ago with my understanding - based on watching a movie about the cyclist Lance Armstrong that I feel to be very much more like Lance with his fighting spirit and desire to always win over everything and everyone, no matter the cost. The fact that Lance is not only a survivor of the biggest doping scandal that cyclism ever had in its history, but that he won over a cancer that had started in his testicles and spread in his entire body to reach his brain, so that Lance had a chunk of it surgically removed makes me feel even closer to this man with his history than to Beethoven.

In fact, I too was born with the very potent drive to always win, no matter what, to the point that my international friends when in Berkeley had me have the Japanese character "to win" tattooed on my arm (deltoid area).

I am amazed to realize that this is probably one of the reasons that explains why my spouse Michele cannot live with me any longer, in fact I completely refuse to accept even the idea that my brain cannot "be fixed" because too broken. Given that my belief in God has become even stronger than it ever was, plus my interest in philosophy and my plenty "email talks" with both theologians and philosophers, I have become convinced that I will win over my TBI and return to work (earning money) again, eventually.

Certainly it is very true that nothing for me ever happens fast enough, but my use of the word "eventually" is a sure sign that my brain and attitude have fully learned this lesson, that like everything else will never be forgotten.

LEARN TO FORGIVE YOURSELF

On 8/25/14 I posted FORGIVENESS that while it tells of the importance to have this ability doesn't tell much about the bigger importance of the ability to forgive yourself.

I do believe - after much thinking and questioning - that the inability of my eternal love Michele (now sad former wife and good mother to the future Lingiardi generations) to ever want to live with me as we did for more than 15 years before my accident, is all and only related to her inability to forgive herself for the mistakes she has done at my own personal cost for years.

As I always do I put few links on this subject and a Youtube video that demonstrate beyond any doubt that my analysis of such behavior isn't the fruit of an injured brain, psychology has been addressing this issue for many years already as well as Catholic religion, how can you move on about something if you cannot forgive yourself before you forgive someone else?

I guess that it is due to my gigantic self-confidence with my Catholic upbringing that I fully forgive Michele for all she has done to me, aside from the true fact that I cannot stop loving her, no matter if I think about her poor decision making when she was scared for having lost me as the husband and father in charge of protecting all and everyone in the family that I myself created and always took good care of.

A good friend of mine - who surprised me showing his religious faith - once told me that my situation may be God trying to teach to me that I was married to the wrong woman, but how can anyone even think such a blasphemy? Not only had our creator God united us in His house (the church where we married) but also His approval made it clear with the birth of our two treasures, which are going to bring into the future parts of their mother, Michele and myself.

Please Michele forgive yourself and let me return to be the man at your side who protects you and our treasures from all and everyone, no matter the cost, being confident that no forgiveness for anything is due to anyone (me or yourself), you simply got terrified by my practical death and everyone fears death.

CORRECTION

The other day in my "teach by example" I mentioned what I may want to do to B. but as I was thinking about it, I realized that for the creationist and Catholic I've always been - in addition to the fact that I had undeniable proof of our souls and of afterlife - I shouldn't concern too much myself about having revenge while I'm living, with anybody, it's going to be our own souls with the immense knowledge of our creator God that will decide where our souls and personalities will be spending eternity and given that B. dared to stick his body (the stiff part of it) in the Holy connection between me and Michele, he committed what's called since millennial "mortal sin" that will send his soul and personality in hell forever.

Therefore, I think that I have no need at all to be all worked up with jealousy, our God creator and our own mind (soul) are going to determine the correct eternal punishment for B. - I have no need to ever terminate someone else's life to make my own justice, and get in trouble with the law.

I am not going to spend a single word about what I now know what afterlife is all about (with hell, purgatory and paradise/heaven) everyone is going to know directly in few more years (when dead).

All I want to say is simply that as we are dying (pass over) we review our own life and clearly see what we did wrong and hurt someone else, that will determine the outcome of our soul's eternal location in the afterworld.

While I could add very much to this talking about specific people, I don't need to do it, you know very well who you are, just look again at what I just underlined and you will certainly know who you are, just remember that if you can repair the wrongs you ever did to someone else, all will be forgiven and the doors to heaven will be open for you.

Given that my treasures read my blog here too, I cannot say what it will be of the soul of the temptress of B., I can only hope that it is logical without me having to waste a single word :).

ATHEISM

My unique reason to make this post is to reach my treasures in order to make sure that they do know what I believe, simply because their mother is an atheist and I also say that I'm sorry to my good friend Iacopo who has made a career in proclaiming with his philosophical work that God cannot exists (I believe that I explained here already the reason he has to be the atheist he insists to be).

TO TEACH BY EXAMPLE

I spoke here before how important my children/treasures are for me, for the reason that they represent my immortality because they will pass on my own genes (personality and physical characteristics) into future generations.

My dear dad taught me that the best/most efficient and long lasting way to teach something to children, or others is to do it "by example" and while I'm sure that I teach to my treasures what it means to be tough and be able to mentally (at least) overcome the most devastating injury to the still completely unknown part of the body (brain), I really hope that they won't learn anything from what their mother has been showing to them about her way to survive the loss of the man she had married and happily lived together with, for at least 15 years.

What I find insulting is that I am under conservatorship to "protect" my own monetary wealth from myself while my former wife has been victim of investment swindles and dreams to replace me with something that I can only call with the letter B. because even if he may have a first and last name, he only deserves to be referred to with one single letter.

Few weeks ago I put a post in my blog for my treasures about warning my princess about certain behaviors that her mother was showing, to make sure that she wasn't being "taught by example" and I received an angry call from my dear son, very upset because his sister was crying desperate, so I immediately removed it, in hope that she will never forget what I was trying to teach (in words only).

Few months before my dad "passed over" he told me very seriously that my unique reason to agree with God to remain alive had been for the love I have for my treasures ONLY and not for what I was thinking as the most logical love I will always have, or for Michele.

I posted here before that love is truly blind and thinking about it, I want to say that it is very good that I am blind for my love, because I do not know what might happen (to B.), if I could see with clarity.

THIS GOTTA BE TRUE!

Given that all my IQ tests have always gone through the roof and that the gay Ph.D. (NOT a gay, it is just the anal fetish he has that got me confused…… poor wife J) I have been thinking that since I have plenty of spare time that I use to study religions, the Bible, quantum theories, advanced mathematics and physics, medicine, physiology, art, literature and my beloved - since I was teenager - geography and history, my injured brain must have developed some hidden abilities, normally distracted by the everyday concerns of taking care of my job, my family and my financial health.

I therefore don't think I've turned into a genius, it's simply that I can focus my mind (free of any other concern of the kind I just listed) in something very different and unusual for someone with a family and a job, who has very little "spare time" to focus his/our very potent (and still totally unknown) mind (or brain) in matters of this type.

However, in my constant and never-ending internet browsing I found the websites I link below because it does seem that once injured our brain can activate parts in it that can produce really strange effects, this confirms once again that:

· we use - at best - 10% of our brain capacities

· it is the antenna receiver connected with our God creator

· allows to us humans to make real miracles (what "official science" is unable to explain)

THE other LOVE OF MY LIFE

I posted here earlier about my undying admiration for both the pianist Glenn Gould and the music of J.S. Bach, what and how he played it on this wonderful instrument - even a book was written about his own Steinway piano and his "personal tuner".

Today I post here again about the free availability of the Well Tempered Clavier (Wohltemperierte Klavier) composed by Bach and the magnificent and educated interpretation done by Glenn Gould, whose playing was put inside the Voyager sent to the depth of the universe in hope to be received by extraterrestrial intelligence to be a representation of the human knowledge and its development.

Musically, the structural regularities of the Well-Tempered Clavier encompass an extraordinarily wide range of styles, more so than most pieces in the literature. The Preludes are formally free, although many individual numbers exhibit typical Baroque melodic forms, often coupled to an extended free coda (e.g. Book I preludes in C minor, D Major, and B-flat major).
Each fugue is marked with the number of voices, from two to five. Most are three- and four-voiced fugues. The fugues employ a full range of contrapuntal devices (fugal exposition, thematic inversion, stretto, etc.), but are generally more compact than Bach's fugues for organ.
The best-known piece from either book is the first prelude of Book I, a simple progression of arpeggiated chords. The technical simplicity of this C Major prelude has made it one of the most commonly studied piano pieces for students completing their introductory training. This prelude also served as the basis for the Ave Maria of Charles Gounod.

Later significance and influence

Although the Well-Tempered Clavier was not the first pantonal (using all keys) composition, it was by far the most influential. The very nature of the piece (as implied by its title page) established a tuning requirement for harmonies, which were to become the basis for all Western music developed through the early 20th century. The Well-Tempered Clavier does not include very remote modulations, but instead demonstrates the ability of a single instrument in tempered tuning to play in all 24 keys without having to be tuned to new fundamentals. Beethoven, who made remote modulations central to his music, was heavily influenced by the Well-Tempered Clavier, since performing it in concerts in his youth was part of his star attraction and reputation. Further reaching modulations to remote harmonic regions were mostly associated with later Romantic and post-Romantic music, ultimately leading to the functional extension in jazz harmony. The atonal system of the 20th century, although still taking the 12-tone chromatic scale (that Bach used) as a foundation, effectively did away with musical keys altogether.

In addition to its use of all keys, the Well-Tempered Clavier was unusual in the very wide range of techniques and modes of expression used by Bach in the fugues. No other composer had produced such vividly characterized and compelling pieces in the fugal form, which was often regarded as a theoretical exercise.

MY LUCK!

Since I'm practically retired, I spend my 14 hours long days in front of my PC (the monster) watching movies and googling practically the entire world of human knowledge since its very beginning (at least 30,000 years ago) in sciences, arts, philosophy, mathematics and lately quantum theories too.

Recently I had rented in my Amazon instant videos this movie by Duncan Valliant-Saunders that is basically a documentary about the real existence of the human soul, then doing some of my typical and usual search around the internet (Youtube this time) I found this very movie available for free in Youtube and given that I consider it well done with a somewhat scientific approach, I post it here for everyone to watch it and hopefully post their comments to it and make a small Paypal donation to me in gratitude.

As Above, So below MY MOVIE REVIEW

Uniquely for lucky accident today, I found $40 cash I had tucked deep in one of my desk drawer that made me able to go to the theater for a movie, plus to Mac Donald's for a take-out dinner.

The movie I went to watch is entitled "As Above, So below". It's a thriller centered on two archaeologists in search of a lost treasure in the catacombs below Paris, reading the description of this movie I was enthralled by the fact that it was supposed to take place in catacombs under the town of Paris and given my fascination with catacombs in general I was curious to watch something about their existence in Paris, rather than Rome.

I am sorry to say once again that the $6 for the ticket can be much better spent for a beer with friends.

It's a suspenseful movie mixed with esoteric events borderline to magic that make little sense and don't add any consistent information to the story being told. The movie is 90 minutes long, but I was ready to leave the theater after the first 60.

I can only say that it was my stop to pick up my dinner that made my going out this afternoon worth the effort.

In the movie, it was said that in the catacombs, there are the remainings of 6 million people and the actors must crawl over bones for 80 minutes of the movie.

Again I must advise to find a better and more entertaining way to spend a couple of hours out of your home, this movie really isn't worth the price of its ticket, but I'm sure that the cast must have enjoyed their time in Paris, a town of great beauty and history, like the rest of Europe, soon to economically collapse like the USA here.

CAN'T STOP

The mother of my treasures has been telling me for years that I still love her just because my brain is injured, no matter that she is the caring mother of our treasures who still loves me dearly too.

However, since I just found out that she still sees her lover and receives a hefty monthly payment from him (hopefully not in exchange of you know what).

Now, I'm not going to bring out the "eye for an eye" that Jesus talked about, therefore I can't predict that he's going to die soon for painful brain cancer, but I can say with confidence that since he broke a Holy love connection made by God in His house between Michele and I, his soul (of B.) is destined to an eternity of pain and remorse lost in the universe in complete solitude.

On this subject I want to say that it looks like official science has recently proven what every religion on earth has been saying for thousands of years, or that men have a soul that continues to exist also after the body of the individual that it's connected to, stops to function, or dies. As I'm writing this, my mind goes to the graffiti's made by cavemen in caves in southern France (only 30.000 years ago) that have recently been understood as what cavemen were hoping afterlife of those who had died already could be. I find it impossible to think and believe that trillions of people across the world and the centuries in history have all been thinking the same thing about what happens or where we go after we die; no matter what religion they followed or country and culture, they belonged.

Therefore, now aside from putting links to websites consistent to what I'm saying I need to add that even if the "appeal to ignorance" argument puts everything in doubt, BUT Descartes (Cartesio) said: "I think, therefore I am".

HUMAN CONNECTION

In the too many hours I'm forced to be away from my family I've been thinking (maybe) too much at religions and humanity and I realized that I'm not as alone as I feel to be.

In fact, I am connected through love (uniquely human feeling) to the entire humanity across time and space.

I have also realized that nothing ever happens "by accident" or as result of something random, we are all part of the same mind and are always all connected, maybe in the future science will be able to understand and explain with more precision and clarity what I'm trying to say here, what I realized for a fraction of a moment is that my accident with TBI wasn't "bad luck" or my being in the wrong place at the wrong time, it was the "simple" result of the strength of several minds focused (or unfocused) about the direction of my own life, regardless if it was the right or the wrong one.

As usual I put few links below to websites on this subject and any of my readers can do a simple Google search on their own to find thousands of scripts about the fact that we truly are all part of the same mind.

I have to force myself to stop here because I would be talking about religions and I don't want my blog to become some theological site, in fact my focus remains in the opportunity to at least make one simple attempt in having the perispinal Enbrel injection given to me, if it won't give my desired effects I can be the first one to discredit here in public and delete the dozens of posts about it here in my blog, I PROMISE!

I'M BACK

This Youtube shows the importance of freedom in the USA, or the greatest country in the world.

I show it simply to express how unfair is that for someone who is victim of a TBI and - after being assessed by a Ph. Phd. in neuropsychology - loses all and every freedoms someone has since birth, I had joined the NASGA association in hope that this association could put me in contact with an attorney who specializes, and is therefore experienced in fighting this "crazy legislation" that pretty much takes away any and all personal freedom rights from citizens of the USA, or "the land of the free".

However, very sadly I had to learn by experience that this is yet another of those associations that have a good sounding name and reason to exist, but that just collects money donated by people who dream that every cent they give is going to be used to change these laws and to better protect our freedoms.

Sadly, this is yet another case where the Lingiardi family had to find the way to exercise their drive and inventiveness to resolve something that someone else messed up, either for personal interest and/or fear.

The one good result of this war for my own freedom I was forced to fight is that I no longer will point my finger to specific people or even name them here in public, I realized that I have no need at all to do it, you know damn well who you are, now that (real) science has proven beyond doubt that the afterlife does really exist, and it isn't what the brain without oxygen creates in our sight and hearing, you all should know very well where your own souls (and personalities) will be spending "a short eternity" knowing very well both the reason why you are where you are and where you could be if only you could have repaired the mistakes committed for whatever reason that negatively affected someone else.

I'm pretty sure that to regret forever yourself for something you did while living is very comparable to being in real hell and this is the idea I leave you with, but NOT without reminding you that the (easy) way to avoid being in hell forever and be forgiven is to just do all you can to repair your mistakes and revert all your lies before "passing over", or while still alive.

Good luck to you (know who you are), simply be aware that compared to eternity, life on earth lasts just like the blink of an eye!
