EXPLAINED ALREADY

DANTE’S DESCRIPTION OF GOD IN THE DIVINE COMEDY......ORIGINAL IN ITALIAN:

Quella circulazion che sì concetta

pareva in te come lume reflesso,

da li occhi miei alquanto circunspetta,

dentro da sé, del suo colore stesso,

mi parve pinta de la nostra effige:

per che 'l mio viso in lei tutto era messo.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION BY LONGFELLOW:

That circulation, which being thus conceived

Appeared in thee as a reflected light,

When somewhat contemplated by mine eyes,

Within itself, of its own very colour

Seemed to me painted with our effigy,

Wherefore my sight was all absorbed therein.

This is the simple proof that my slow walk towards the idea that what we usually refer to as God is simply ourselves, sadly however the great Dante Alighieri had figured this out already 750 years ago (daaahhhh).

It’s taken me some time to find the exact websites to support this post and I must admit that it’s been truly impossible for me to find a better Youtube than the one I put here that – even if in Italian – is probably the best description and explanation of what Dante is saying about we humans and God (one entity only), well I can only say that you know somebody who understands Italian because this from Benigni is a true “work of art”.

BRAIN vs MIND

As much as we know NOTHING about the (organ) brain, I’m confident in saying that in this year 2017 we know – if possible - EVEN LESS - of our mind….
I love it when I think of the people (mainly atheists) who simply refuse to believe that each of us people have the soul, read what Descartes (believed in the existence of the soul) said of the mind:

He identified mind with the consciousness and self-awareness of itself, with an ability to distinguish itself from the brain, but still called the brain the seat of intelligence. ... In yogic (or neuropathic) science, the brain is simply a physical manifestation of the mind itself.

The meaning of consciousness actually was a challenge for me to clearly have its meaning in my head (or, in my mind ☺) in fact whenever I went to the “google translate” from English to Italian, all I saw is that consciousness is “coscenza” in Italian, but after some researching I was able to find the exact translated word with the most accurate and similar meaning of consciousness or the Italian “consapevolezza” that isn’t anything special or rarely used word/term, it’s often used – in fact – when having a discussion about something happened already……”sono consapevole di come ti senti” or I know how you feel .

In (more) other word, the brain is part of the visible, tangible world of the body. Your mind is part of the invisible, transcendent world of thought, feeling, attitude, belief and imagination. The brain is the physical organ most associated with mind and consciousness, but the mind is not confined to the brain.

OK, now I’ve said more than enough, take little time to browse my linked websites to learn very much more on this topic, but DO KNOW that given that my mind never was injured AND that my natural intelligence increased due to my NDE, ANY and ALL my assessments can be flushed down the crapper, simply because they make NO sense whatsoever, I’ve posted here already very much on this subject, therefore I invite the curious ones to put the word assessment or neuropsych…. (ological, ologist, ology) to see the number of posts that contain one of these words (great search tool).

Well, take care now and expect soon posts about consciousness, Jesus and God, divine comedy and my sick passion for the Latin language.

WHAT THE HECK!!

With this post I’m going to move forward (several thousands of miles…) my hypothesis (slowly introduced in past – weeks and months - posts here) that we men (and women ….) are what we refer to whenever we pronounce the word “God” (for whatever reason).

I’m hoping that my readers do clearly know - by now – of the love and passion I’ve developed for Quantum science (mechanic and physics), as I go forward with my intense reading, studying and email/messaging with some scientists in these 2 fields I was hit – like a stone thrown to my head (no brain injury…..this time ☺) that we are the creators of our universe (AND the parallel ones) through the simple use of our mind (that – together with our consciousness – resides in our brain).

As a matter of fact, it was Jesus Himself who called us Gods – and about this you’ll find hundreds of websites that explain that either this isn’t understood at all or that’s another of His teachings – I’ve made already the distinction between the creator and God – but to realize in such an instant and dramatic manner (stone hitting my head) has been truly shocking, practically – according to quantum physics – not only we are now – and surely will be – like God, but we are creators of our entire universe(es).

This is really a revelation that demands that you go to look at the websites I post here below, because while it’s very intense, it brings incredible changes to the very identity of Jesus Christ……changes that maybe I’ll address in future posts BUT that you can receive personally via the contact tool, in exchange of a small donation.

WELL….ENJOY NOW:

DUDE, WHERE'S MY CAR?

Just like this clip, this movie is a dementia condensate, just like whoever watches it to its end – of course I did since …….you know what - anyway I’m not going to say anything about this performance of actors who I usually enjoy watching in good comedy movies which explains the reason why I rented it from Youtube, watched to its end and about had a heart attack from my cracking up way too abundant, to the point that my tear glands gave it up completely, my eyes were dry for several hours to the point that I was forced to buy from the nearby CVS eye drops for “my cornea lubrication”…..anyway, rather than posting any link to other websites on this subject enjoy the few clips below and……as I’m pretty sure you’ll do find your way to watch it all.

SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS MOVIE

Here’s a VERY ADDICTIVE movie, I believe to have watched it already at least 8 times, nevertheless it doesn’t seem I can ever get enough of watching it, you can watch it too because the trailers I put here – once put in their own tab – give the great opportunity to watch the entire movie for just $2.99 so see if you can possibly resist more than two instants before you jump into Youtube to watch it beginning to extra end.

Of course my rating and best advice is to have a quart of Scandinavian Vodka at arm’s length to truly enjoy each and every frame of it.

I’m not going to say anything about the movie story you MUST watch it yourself, preferably in good company of alcoholic drinks that can be swallowed by the gallon, therefore make sure to have either Vodka or Gin too in cases……at least a couple (12 bottles) each. Just like this movie….can never get enough…..

The Manchurian Candidate

I believe that the best way to start this movie review for this movie would be “quadruple WOW” especially because based on a novel written more than one century ago, in fact I cannot imagine that somebody could think of such a corruption at the highest level of our government, especially in the military part of it, anyway this story goes more or less like this. Near the end of the Korean War, a platoon of U.S. soldier is captured by communists and brainwashed. Following the war, the platoon is returned home, and Sergeant Raymond Shaw is lauded as a hero by the rest of his platoon. However, the platoon commander, Captain Bennett Marco (Denzel Washington), finds himself plagued by strange nightmares and, together with fellow soldier Allen Melvin, races to uncover a terrible plot.

I admit that the part played by Meryl Streep, one of my favorite actresses who, in this movie plays the mother of her son, Sergeant Raymond Shaw, plots to make him race for the position of vice-president in our government, regardless of the fact that this guy is tortured by horrible nightmares, just like those that persecute Denzel Washington about things they had been subjected to by very dubious doctors while they were wounded soldiers in military hospitals.

This is really a good movie – with a great cast – to watch with your smartest and most politically involved and mentally involved in our political system and its way to make things happen.

I can’t believe that so many years ago someone could even imagine of such a deviant use of powers, people and advanced medical methods to keep under the complete control whoever could be in a very weak and defenseless position.

Talk about political-fiction, this movie can only generate a very interesting discussion lubricated by gallons of gin with Doritos topped with chocolate or some other sweet delicatessen.
