THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MINDFULNESS AND CONSCIOUSNESS

Please forgive me if I’m talking more about what I’m learning through my readings of quantum research, in this case I want to explain the meaning of two words that seem to be used rather commonly.
Mindfulness and consciousness aren't really two distinct terms.
Mindfulness and 'pure awareness' (or consciousness) seem to be complementary to each other. If you have consciousness then the mind doesn't settle on anything (it doesn't grasp anything) but just makes the six senses be completely functional without any thoughts about anything.
Awareness is everything that has brought you to this present moment; your beliefs, emotions, feelings, and reactions to all your life experiences. Awareness includes everything you have taken in and are taking in with your five senses: sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, as well as using your sixth sense of intuition. Much of our awareness is unconscious to us. As we study ourselves, we become more and more self-aware. This is the key to improving decision-making; to make choices that are in alignment with what we want to create in our lives.

Mindfulness comes from the Buddhist tradition and is about paying attention to what’s happening to us now, in the present moment. It is tuning-in to all experiences, both the good-feeling ones and the negative-feeling ones, in order to feel, learn, and know what is going on within. Instead of shying away from the negative, we stay present and really experience whatever is going on, just as we do when we have fun, joyful times. This builds self-awareness that leads to more aware choices in the future.

In other (simpler) words: Basically, the concept of mindfulness is based on focusing awareness at the present moment. There are different hypotheses about the functioning and the cerebral correlates of mindfulness meditation. Since mindfulness is strictly associated with a particular state of consciousness, you examine too some of the most relevant theories that have been proposed as accounts of consciousness.

ENTANGLEMENT

I don’t believe that I can describe my fascination with the way quantum physics suggest to look at reality and today I’m going to describe something that supports what Iacopo believes and supports in his writings, or that we all are one entity that’s universally connected.
As a matter of fact the entanglement says that since we and our entire universe derive from one single event, we are all connected, but let me use a more “scientific” language (that isn’t too complex).
Essentially, quantum entanglement suggests that acting on a particle here, can instantly influence a particle far away. This is often described as theoretical teleportation. It has huge implications for quantum mechanics, quantum communication and quantum computing. Entanglement is the strange phenomenon in which two quantum particles become so deeply linked that they share the same existence. When this happens, a measurement on one particle immediately influences the other, regardless of the distance between them.
You can see a “light” explanation of this in one of my two Youtube videos, that happen to come from one of the DVD movies part of my collection that I watch almost daily to better clarify in my mind these theories and research matters.
As I always do, I put at the bottom a carefully selected number of links to websites on this subject that give to my readers the opportunity to learn more on this subject.
What most impresses me is the fact that we are all part of each other and our consciousness is part of our universe (as explained before) and this makes it about impossible to reject/negate the existence of our life after our death (more to come about this).

11 DIMENSIONS???

I’ve been going berserk trying to understand where and how the 11th dimension could possibly ever exist, but when I finally read that the 11 dimensions are just mathematical models, that say nothing about reality. If they get to the stage of experimental verification, or offer falsification tests that remain unmet, they will advance to the ranks of scientific theories. They will still not inform us as to the nature of reality however, they will be models that give a more or less useful way to calculate results and make predictions.
In the environment of this idiocy, I put here very few links that attempt to give an explanation to these phenomenal mind constructions done by high level mathematicians to prove their math, I also add a couple of Youtubes that I found in a simple and rapid search, one is with my preferred scientist Michio Kaku, who apparently has an entire area in Youtube filled with talks he made…….pretty much about everything!
What may I add to this? Maybe I can forecast my next post that’s going to be about my simple explanation of a term very much used in these days or entanglement that I’m sure my dear son will like.

MINDFULNESS movie review

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. Or in more simple terms, it’s the quality or state of being conscious and aware of something. I must admit to be completely fascinated by the impact on people living today when they are exposed to such a different way to consider what surrounds us. Once again, this movie is going to be filed in the same folder that contains all the “Quantum bleep” movies and it’ll be played and re-played dozens of times in my great desktop, I intend to make it interesting for my treasures to watch (and understand) with me, because – even if my brain is injured (they say…..) – the beginning of this 2nd millennium are dramatically changing people’s approach to reality.

The very reason why I love to become increasingly knowledgeable of the powers and capacities of our (human) brain is because it fully demonstrates the existence of a creator, who or what could possibly have we evolved from?

With “mindful awareness” the flow of energy and information that’s our mind enters our conscious attention and we can both appreciate its contents and come to regulate its flow in a new way.  Mindful awareness actually involves more than just simply being aware; It involves being aware of aspects of the mind itself.  Instead of being on automatic and mindless, mindfulness helps to awaken, and by reflecting on the mind we are enabled to make choices and thus change becomes possible. I truly cannot explain how fascinated I’ve become of these new ways to approach and understand our reality and – as a dad – I’ve made it my purpose to guide my treasures to this new approach to life.

CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES REALITY

Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings, and Quantum physics has been observing, measuring and studying consciousness because it creates all we see and gives the awareness of time with its direction, from past to present and future. I’ve been watching the B side of the 3 DVD’s titled “down the rabbit hole“ that contain great interviews done to Ph.D.’s quantum physicists, theologians and various other researchers – all teachers at some of the most prestigious universities in this world.
I remember that as a teenager my college (Liceo) teacher of physics was teaching chemistry too and that I liked her very much as my teacher but I never imagined that one day physics would transform into quantum and that  - by the realization of consciousness – our life and the entire universe would change as dramatically as it has.
In simple words all we see and experience in life is the product (or it’s driven) by our consciousness that’s nothing more than something that may be a part of our brain (I’m not sure) and creates our tri-dimensional world, the time direction (past, present and future).
Let’s forget about the fact that now some quantum physicists talk about 11 dimensions and the ability to jump up and down the time direction just by focusing our consciousness on doing this, I must say (again) that I’m mesmerized by the discovery of this new branch of study and research (still), in fact as I learn about the amazing and almost magic capacities of our brain, I find myself dreaming to be living in a “parallel reality” that’s definitely bad and sad, when my “true reality” (among the several thousand possible) is still in NH where my life and that of my family (still one single entity) has made the proverbial “step up”.
Anyway, I do advise my readers to invest the time (and money?) to watch, research and understand this newest area of interest, because it claims – to my profound amazement – that we are all one and interconnected too, simply because when the Big-bang took place everything was a oneness.

ABOUT IACOPO AND JESUS

I admit that Iacopo has become a really good friend for me, even if he’s on the opposite of the world from me - not only geographically - in fact he said to my Michele that my having met with Jesus is something typical for people who received a specific education, or lived through something dramatic when young and in this I agree with him, meaning that once about to die (N.D.E.) what we experience is the carbon copy of what we experienced while living.
The only discrepancy with this, is that – as Michele says – I was an agnostic who even if I grew up as a Catholic in the country that hosts the Vatican country, my ties to my Catholic education had become relaxed, mainly due to the atheism and total lack of interest in anything religious of my Queen.
I’m convinced that the Saint of the agnostics is St. Thomas, who was the disciple who didn’t believe that Jesus had returned from death.
In Italy we have a joke about St. Thomas, but I’ll spare you from it, what’s important is that Saint. Thomas couldn’t believe the other disciples when they were saying that Jesus was alive again.
Well this Saint had to stick his own fingers in the chest of Jesus – where he was stabbed while still on the cross by a Roman soldier to ensure he was really dead. By sticking his fingers in Jesus’s chest, Saint Thomas was finally convinced to be in front Jesus alive again.
Well, I’d say that – even if I cannot remember in detail – I must have met with Jesus Christ for sure, in example simply because:
  ·       I’ve developed a great interest in people who had N.D.E.
  ·       My interest in the Sacred Scriptures (Bible) has greatly renewed
  ·       I can tell with very much precision and plenty details what happens after death, who makes the “final judgement” and what Hell, Purgatory and Heaven truly are, aside from knowing what eternity is
·         What it means for the soul to come back (appear) to living earth
I admit that I do like the fact that Iacopo knows of Jesus and doesn’t say it’s a made up story.
But here’s where our understandings of Jesus completely differ in fact, how can a friggin’ Jew whose mother was pretty much a real whore who was saying that she had been impregnated by an angel and whose father was a rough carpenter who couldn’t believe to be so lucky to have at his side such a “piece of ass”, named Maria, no matter if her pregnancy stunk!
Well Iacopo how can you explain that Jesus (the friggin’ Jew) is at the basis of this important religion that has followers in each and every nation of the world that celebrate the “last supper” of Jesus with the communion every Sunday all over the world?
I don’t believe that the Vatican knows how many the churches all over the world are and – aside from the certainty that Jesus is somewhat disappointed by the Vatican (empire) how else can anyone explain my transformation from agnostic to confident believer?
What impresses me the most is that all that Iacopo exposes in his hypothesis turns out to be the closest concept of catholic religion, this actually makes me laugh when I read his very catholic warnings about the right way to conduct the life to avoid a (in his case) future life filled with travails, or to avoid (in my case) some damnation or our souls.
Overall however, Iacopo advises to live a life in a correct way (never hurt someone else) just like I advise all – just like Jesus did – to think twice before hurting someone else, unless you are ready to forever regret – as soul – what you did or didn’t while still living here.
In this Iacopo and I (and Jesus) are in total agreement in saying that if people could know about what their afterlife is going to be like, the entire world would change overnight!
The links and video I put here are relative to the latest discoveries of quantum physics, that in my (broken) mind mean that we are the God often referred to and we are much different from the creator (gravity) named “father” or “Jehovah” by Jesus Christ.
Soon more to come about what eternity is going to be like for those who took my money away from me and from my two treasures…..
