God made me a warrior, I found my beautiful soul mate, we were gifted with my two treasures in approval, while in a coma due to TBI for 2 long months, I met with Jesus and all my Catholic upbringing came back, I now have a full conservator, but my family will forever be part of me. NEVER FORGET THAT ALL I SAY HERE IS THE PRODUCT OF MY INJURED BRAIN I WAS ASSESSED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE UNABLE TO MANAGE MY MONEY.

DANTE A. AND MY 50th BIRTHDAY
MIDWAY upon the journey of our life
I found myself within a forest dark,
For the straightforward pathway had been lost.
Ah me! How hard a thing it is to say
What was this forest savage, rough, and stern?
Which in the very thought renews the fear.
This is the way my most beloved Italian poet/writer started the narration of his trip through the afterworld and he did such a great job – even if he always claimed to have just written down stories and fables from the street peasants – that the Italian language he had used to write his “comedy” became the very Italian language still spoken today in my mother country and forms its grammar and literary rules still today, or about 700 years later.
What Dante meant by saying “midway upon the journey of life” used to mean to be about in your 40ies because that’s how long people were living in the XIII century, but with the improvement of both the living conditions and of the guess-science that “midway” has moved to 50 or my age today.
I can also say for direct experience that the after death does really exist, because when I came out of the coma I’m told that I immediately recounted having made an agreement with God’s son, Jesus whom I asked to come back to living earth for the love I have for my treasures/children – even if I was told that it would be painful – I find it funny that I had imagined that nothing couldn’t be taken care by taking some Tylenol, I do know now that my pain can’t be reduced even by taking morphine, I always have it an no guess-scientist has any idea on how to at least reduce it.
However what counts is that even if I’m in atrocious pain all the time, not a minute doesn’t go by without me thanking God to be here to see my children and take care of them, even if I’m limited in doing this by their mother, who chose to live with my doctor in a nearby town.
Now that I’m back here for about 50 more years it’s my duty to prove to the world with my example that a medication exists that by reducing the neuroinflammation, plasticity can start again to re-wire our brain when injured, so that we can put an end to what I call the epidemic of this new millennium and allow experienced professionals to rejoin the wealth producing machine of the (still) leading country in this world, U.S.A.
I know that regardless the ignorance, skepticism and even fear of those who have power on me I’ll receive the help of God in my crusade to fully recover and plenty other people will recover from their “impossible injury to heal”.
As I wrote here before do not pray for me and for this to become reality, simply concentrate and focus your thoughts on what you wish and this miracle will happen.
Good thoughts to everyone who reads me here!

GOD, GRAVITY AND EINSTEIN
For as long as we've been around (roughly 5800 years), we've been asking the question: what is God? Now, I'm fairly confident in what I can say what God is not. God is not a dude in the sky with a white beard and a robe. God is not constantly watching and judging us, putting us in a book under the naughty or nice lists.God is gravity. We are God. The planet Earth is God. The same way that all of our cells somehow manage to work together and make us live, by some bizarre bit of chance, us being heard makes God "live". But just as those cells don't know how the whole body functions, we don't know how the universe works. The mysteries of the universe: dark matter, black holes, gravity; these are the very definition of mystical forces.
Gravity is the force that binds everything together in the universe. Without gravity the galaxy doesn't stay together, the earth doesn’t orbit around the sun, and we don't stay on Earth. Beyond this, gravity is at once the most simple of forces and the most complicated. It's easy to understand that an object falls to earth but understand the why, that's where we find God.
To completely understand the ins and outs of how the universe functions is such a lofty goal the comparison to understanding God is inevitable. Even if we understand every bit of gravity, where did the design come from? Why should the universe work that way? Why should we need air to live, or be limited to our small plot of dirt and water? It takes an amazing type of person to even begin to answer those questions. Perhaps even… a prophet.
I know, now I must sound crazy. A physics prophet but hold on, there's room for them in my crazy theory. I'm not talking about Moses or Elijah. No, the prophets as I see it are people like Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein.
Every animal on earth understands on some level that when you drop an object it falls to earth. It's when man was able to think and ask the question why that we began to approach God. It was when the answers to questions like that were discovered that God was showing Itself to people.
Now don't think that this is some Contact thing where God's going to show up as your deceased father. The way these "prophets" see God is that their mind takes a step forward in evolution. The mind of someone like Newton or Einstein has opened up to a new level of consciousness and seen a piece of the how the universe works in a way that no person had been able to see before.
Einstein is the best example. Until him, we understood the how’s of gravity. All objects have a gravitational pull, the bigger or denser the object is the more gravity it has. But why? Why should an object pull other things toward it, just because it's larger and denser? Einstein saw why, in short it was his theory of space-time curvature. I won't get into describing it here except to say that it's like throwing a ball onto a sheet that has a weight in the center. The object goes towards the ball because the weight has created a well that the ball falls towards. (Wikipedia has a pretty nice entry on space-time for scientist wannabes).
Einstein was the first to be able to see into this piece of the universe; this piece of God. Then, like a prophet does, he shared what he had learned with the rest of humanity, translating God into something we can comprehend. Compare it to the idea of Moses, translating the word of God into the Torah and the Ten Commandments. He translated God into morals that the Jewish people could understand.
That brings me to a final point. I'm Catholic. I don't consider myself an atheist or even an agnostic. Can I do this? I don't know. It's a bit of a crisis of faith for me honestly, but more so I believe in the morals I was raised on. The way I was raised, especially regarding religion, taught me to question everything and explore any theory, any possibility. My thinking and philosophizing brought me to this conclusion and I think that at the end of the day that’s what religion should preach above all us: question what you're told.
On researching to make this post I found a quote by Carl Sagan:
"The idea that God is an oversized white male with a flowing beard who sits in the sky and tallies the fall of every sparrow is ludicrous. But if by God one means the set of physical laws that govern the universe, then clearly there is such a God. This God is emotionally unsatisfying... it does not make much sense to pray to the law of gravity."
True, it's not fun to worship gravity itself. The laws of physics are significantly less dramatic than the laws of the Judeo-Christian God. More than that though, a God that doesn't preside over us means that our lives are in our own hands and that is somewhat scary.
Sure, physics won't help us in a time of need and it won't smite wrongdoers, but what I don't agree with Mr. Sagan about is that this version of God is "emotionally unsatisfying". After all, what could be more magical than something completely unknown? In Italian we have been saying for centuries when someone dies that :”passed to a better living” and while I don’t know where this saying comes from or what its reason might be, the last time I saw my dad he convinced me of the existence of the soul in every human being for having witnessed it leaving the body at death and putting this concept with the infinity of energy demonstrated by Einstein I now believe that there certainly is something after death and I choose to believe that after we abandon our body old, sick or broken we (our souls) rejoin those of others we knew or loved while living in some other type of dimension created by the human mind, or the cumulative intelligence and living experience under the influence of gravity, or God.

ME AND GLENN GOULD
As I’m approaching my 50th birthday I fear that the influence of my personal God of life (Glenn Gould) might have been more than just an intellectual influence on me, the fact that on September 27, 1982 – when exactly 50y/o - after experiencing a severe headache, Gould suffered a stroke that paralyzed the left side of his body (same as me).He was admitted to Toronto General Hospital and his condition rapidly deteriorated. By October 4, there was evidence of brain damage, and Gould's father decided that his son should be taken off life support (unlike what I had instructed Michele to do). He is buried next to his parents in Toronto's Mount Pleasant Cemetery (section 38, Row 1088, Plot 1050). The first few measures of the Goldberg Variations are carved on his marker. According to the Glenn Gould Foundation, the cemetery staff is often asked for directions to his grave. While my own dear father is struggling to live his last few days here on living earth, I try to put at rest my mother’s angst by telling her – convinced – what my dad has been telling to me during our time together, about the sure existence of the soul (=energy therefore indestructible) that once free of the old and malfunctioning body is going to be free of pain, meet again friends and relatives who passed earlier and by being closer to our creator will make it possible for me and my treasures to live together again.
Since centuries we say in Italian when someone dies that “s/he passed to a better life” I really don’t know how nor when this way of saying originated, but having died myself already once I can say that it’s true.
The only one reason why I’m still living here is for the immense love I feel for my treasures, I’m doing this even if Jesus had warned me that it was going to be painful, not a day goes by that I don’t thank myself for having made this decision, even if my pain and frustrating battle to recover from TBI can be overwhelming at times, nothing can replace the joy I have when my treasures come to see me and now that I’m moving much closer to them, my joy and happiness are going to increase exponentially.
So it’ll be awhile before I’ll meet the soul of Glenn Gould but in the meantime I’ll be on heaven here on earth having my treasures with me and I'm trying to make this blog something like the movies of Glenn Gould playing, that really are like his testament to future generations of piano players.

ABOUT PAIN
As my readers here know I’ve been affected 24/7 by a form of pain that my current physiatrist has defined as “neurological pain” for having been unable to at least reduce it, in fact I’ve tried a large amount of prescription medications but lately I feel I’m stuck on morphine sulfate, that’s pretty much a drug that requires doctor’s prescription and safe storage in the house, I have developed however a different theory about my constant pain that surely no prescription medication can at least reduce and is very much consistent to what Jesus had warned me about when I chose to live for my treasures.Even if my pain affects a specific muscle and part in my back it’s all and only due to all the losses I had because of the accident with TBI.
Not only and simply, I lost the ability to earn a comfortable living with my work, passion and dedication but my role as the caring and loving husband I was set out to be my whole life with the attention to the care for my creatures that I now call my treasures, after Cornelia – Gracchi’s mother in ancient Rome.
So in my way of looking at this I don’t see nor hope that my pain could ever be treated or at least reduced, unless my wife and children return to live under my physical protection that’s all they have been missing from me, since my divorce forces me to pay to them a luxurious support that’s only monetary and takes in no absolute consideration that a husband/father can provide comfort and security beyond what a pile of money can ever do.
What’s even more aggravating of the inability of my real life companion to realize how much pain she’s been giving to me, herself and our treasures is that her unethical temporary lover has been taking full advantage of my condition of money giver without anything in return.
Sometimes I say that this B. has won the lottery of this century and of his life, but – I say – only until I fully win my fight over the impossible or he starts to run away NOW!!

NEUROLOGICAL ARGUMENT AGAINST THE EXIISTENCE OF GOD
This is a neurological argument formulated against the existence of God.
I describe it only because I need it to make my argument in the end.
God is an entity which is quite evidently the product of human minds due to the complexity involved in his conception. The Judeo-Christian God displays a lot of attributes including but not limited to: A mind, self-consciousness, awareness, will and the entire range of human emotions such as anger and love.
Minds, as neurologists understand them, are complex. Minds are the product of the correlation between billions of neurons in the brain.
Self-consciousness is remarkably complex because it relies on multiple components working together to paint a picture of awareness; in the case of our minds, it is our sensory organs connected to our brain via neural pathways. Will is the ability to decide. It is our brains that decide what we think and do; the front and center regions of the brain are responsible for decision making. Emotions also have a complex biochemical basis which involves the interaction of multiple chemicals such as serotonin and dopamine.
If the premises were formally stated, this argument would look like this.
1. God is a mind.
2. Minds are complex.
3. Minds are the products of human brains.
4. Therefore, God is not simple.
5. Therefore, God must be complex and the product of a human brain.
6. Therefore God does not exist in reality but only in human brains.
We can even extend this argument to include awareness, emotion, will and anything that brains do.
First we will argue that God is a mind. Since there seems no other logical choice, I think we should conclude that God is a divine mind whose thoughts and actions resemble humans.
In order for premise 2 and 3 to be correct, we must argue for physicalism, or the idea that the mind is part of the brain. Because physicalism has been demonstrated to be successful and we have a neurological understanding of how thoughts work, we can say that premise 2 and 3 are almost certainly true.
If physicalism is true then minds are not simple absolutes reigning outside the body but are products of complex neurological interactions which gives evidence for premise 4.
If God is not simple then he must be complex. Likewise, if a mind is the product of a human brain and nothing else, it would be logical to conclude that God as a mind is a product of a human brain.
If my argument works, it would imply that God as a divine mind would have to be a fully functional and complex brain. Therefore, God does not exist in reality but only in the minds of human beings. I also want to add that it’s only the strength, focus and desire of any human brain that makes miracles happen and that the word miracle is just used because science still hasn’t figured out how to explain it.
Think of teletransporting or bending metal with the mind, doing this few decades ago would have made you someone to adore for these special powers surely given by a God.
Einstein was one of the deepest and most logical minds ever existed in our times and he explained the existence of the soul (energy) and of God by describing the relationship between mass, speed of light and time.
It’s based on this superbly intelligent man that I confirm my own belief in the existence of God, beyond any ability and power of the human brain, (or mind) that do remain to be of paramount importance, especially given all the bad that keeps invading our daily lives.
It can only be through our own mind and intelligence that things can happen as we want, God is certainly omnipotent and always present but we are put on living earth alone and we leave it in the same way, so why would we expect a God to act in our lives for any reasons? We only are the ones who can make a miracle happen; God gave to us this power with the free-will.
Neurologist and neuropsychologists are illiterate people who convince themselves to know and understand God.
