TODAY’S WESTERN CULTURE WAS ALL FORMED IN ITALY

My “Youtube addiction” forces me today to give to you – my reader – a pretty big challenge that – if you know anyone who’s familiar with my original Italian language – may be rather strenuous, no matter that I’m going to try to give some help to the ones who don’t know anybody who can tell what Benigni (one of my preferred Italian actors)

I just put links to these movies trailers to save some space in my post, anyway this is Benigni comedian pretty much says (with his strong Tuscany accent) what follows - I’m hoping that the following notes I made - can help a little to follow the “overall sense” of what he says:

Today the most powerful parties are the parties of fear, instead of the best people getting together to build something positive we see the worst ones getting together to share the powers and our money to enjoy life the best they can.

After who talks is Eugenio Scalfari - historical journalist (another of my favorite Italians) who says that Benigni said it all he could ever say on his own but underlined that it was the priests - starting from the Pope (the emperor) who told women to say YES when getting married, because men used to “take" the woman for themselves without asking to anybody else and adds that – as a negative - women couldn't say NO given that marriages were organized by the 2 families. Scalfari reminds to Benigni about Caterina de Medici who brought to France the "modern kiss" (with the tongue) that we call the kiss a la French way, when it truly came from Italy with this Caterina it came who everyone thought it was from the devil, Caterina risked death by being burnt - like Johan of Arc - Benigni goes on saying that the handshake is Italian too, because in the medieval period simply to show that the were no guns in the hands, when before the way to salute someone else was the Roman Salute – AVE - (lift the right arm to the front to the height of the eyes)

We – Italians - invented the one way streets, the streets themselves, hygiene, cleanliness, courtesy and kindness (most beautiful behavior in the world, he says) from medieval times, all are gifts Italians gave to the entire world.

Italy is the country where culture was born before the unifying influence of Catholic religion that’s the “official country (Italy) religion” that influenced the rest of Europe which unified all the European countries and to think that Europe has had one single currency without having had any war is a real miracle that’s NEVER happened in the entire human history, he goes on talking about the 11^th article of the constitution of Italy first of all recognizes every other country in the world and explains that sovereignty is in the hands of the population but IF anybody has a better idea about the way to rule the country he and his/er idea is welcome.

In other words with Europe we realized the expression of the Italian dream, the European Union is an exchange of dreams to unify the entire world and IF nobody ruins this dream we will have given to our descendants, not a unified Europe, a federal Europe….all has already been written, Italy will have given to the entire world all we need is to wake up and have the will to make this dream become real.

WE LIVE IN AN HOLOGRAPH

This one – together with the Simulation hypothesis (upcoming post) really fascinates me (almost as much as watching Youtubes endlessly) because it shows the way the human mind (ours) never stops to come up with different hypothesis/possibilities to figure out one/some reason to explain why we exist and we are here – besides where we are all going to (what?? Aren’t we going into another parallel universe?).

I must say that it’s truly kinda sad to know where we came from, neither where we are going to……talk about the most intelligent species on earth, in this one universe…..

Anyway, I put here - as I always do – both a couple of Youtubes (again… my new addiction) and few links to other websites, mainly as the proof that my brain still works - no matter that few fools assessed me as someone who cannot count to 3 (daaahhhh), so I must support (incidentally with MY money) conservators (losers).

This “holographic” idea is – in its way – somehow complex and requires some knowledge about theories of gravity and the – famous at this point – the string-theory (new and old passions of mine), I’m hoping that you allow me not to go into detailed explanation of both of these 2 theories……I’m hoping that the links to easy – (and very approachable) sites below, I just want to anticipate that I’ll be exploring with/for you, in the very near future the gigantic importance and humongous effect of what the (seemingly) simple double slit experiment has brought to our “new understanding” of all (I mean everything) that surrounds us, the concept of TIME (terrifying in its complexity). FORGIVENESS

Boy, am I learning about my (Catholic) religion, these days! My new friend Roberta always replies to questions I ask via email but she’s teaching more than I can imagine both about my religion and the philosophic principles of afterlife and human existence.

The other day we were talking about forgiveness – very important in my religion – and I said that when I forgive someone for something bad or that I don’t like I normally grant my forgiveness from the pedestal on which I’m standing on and when I do so my only reason is because I feel pity for the one I forgive because I know what kind of afterlife the forgiven is looking at.

This is my honest approach to any strong Catholic believer around the world over the times; I mean how difficult it can be to forgive someone knowing damn well that the bill is going to eventually get paid with the interests!?!

Boy oh boy! This is – word for word what I received as reply: Pity is not compassionate, but rather it seems to be a defensive posture. You are meant to forgive with your whole heart! Together with the quote from the bible of what Luke had said about forgiveness (Luke 6:27–36):

Right now I’m talking about this very religious topic BUT my upcoming posts are all going to be focused on quantum sciences topics, for the simple reason that the more I elaborate on quantum physics and mechanics, the more I’m fascinated by the broad approach they take on everything having to do with human life (which agrees very well with the spiritual man I’ve become) in addition these sciences confirm to me my (crazy?) idea that we humans created this (and the parallel) universe and are the God every single religion of the world refers to.

HUMAN EVOLUTION

It just so happens that I’ve been wanting to write few more posts in my blog in Italian, because I’ve reached the one thousands number of posts here while I have just few hundreds in what’s supposed to be my mother language (why not father language?) – but this is mainly because it’s way much easier to find both Youtube videos and consistent websites I can put in my post as links - and since I very recently wrote a post about the fact that it’s my belief that Jesus was truly a very normal individual who for some reason had a Darwinian jump in the human evolution and was born with the capacities of his brain like we are going to have in few hundreds more years (hopefully not few thousands), somehow I feel it to be necessary to go a bit deeper into the description of our evolution that – much to everyone’s shock - has been going on for just 6 million of years…..WOW!!!

I’m therefore hoping that both my videos and websites well researched and linked below will give a good learning time to my readers (who keep giving $0 in donations to me……).

My main – and most important – message with this post is simply that it’s taken what I’d call a disproportionate amount of time for us – Homo sapiens – to evolve from monkeys – to the way we are today. In few of the links to other “official” websites you can see the stages we went through before becoming what we are today and have been for few hundreds of thousands of years (??).

My strong suggestion is for you – my reader – to think a little about the walk on the evolution path we’ve made before becoming what/who we are today, what I was able to find too is that some researchers have hypothesized what’s going to be our next evolutionary step, which truly fascinates me…..even if there’s very little to find in the internet now.

However let me open a small parenthesis here about DNA, evolution, Mendel and genetics, for the reason that my Queen evidently has inherited genetics from his family line/father, therefore she’s behaving with me like I never loved and/or taken care of her (so much for having made her the Queen of MY empire…..) and terribly frightening and very unfairly her genes have been passed over to my dear son, I cannot say anything about where he is now and the reason why, but it’s very clearly and obviously the result of his mother’s genetic makeup ☺.

On the other side my princess daughter is fully giving to me the very reason to still be living, she’s too much like me – her true and unique dad – and I cannot wait to see how greatly she’s going to enter her adult life and how much she’ll fill my heart with satisfaction and endless love.

On my side I’m sure to have inherited the genes via the DNA of both an ancient Roman legionnaire and the character from both my grandfather on my father’s side – who during WWII walked from Bergen Belsen (concentration camp for military prisoners) in northern Germany all the way to Brescia, Italy (a walk of about 500 miles….during the war) to rejoin with his family, wife and kids (he died of heart stroke from exhaustion few weeks after his arrival) and 2 generations behind from the organ maker who developed mouth cancer – that was still medically completely unknown - for insisting to tune the lead canes of his organs, said to have a human tone when being played, on top of the gene imprinting of these 2 family related great-grand something, I’ve recently developed the idea that I might have been in a precedent life a US army soldier who got shot in the head (left side of the head) on D-Day in Omaha beach from a German sniper (or machine gun).

This concept of human immortality marries very well the idea of my atheist Italian friend Iacopo with my other Catholic friend Roberta, because – even if with very different basic concepts – both sustain the human immortality.

CONDEMNED TO REMEMBER

Boy, what a morning this one! I’ve been crying for more than 2 hours and I can't stop, it’s very strange for me because I never imagined that I could become this emotional about the holocaust, in fact my cousin (in Venice) and I used to make jokes about the recipe to use to cook the Jewish people for dinner and he’s been pretending to be a neo-Nazi, actually the reincarnation of Martin Bormann, who was a prominent official in Nazi Germany as head of the Nazi Party Chancellery who gained immense power by using his position as Adolf Hitler's private secretary to control the flow of information - mainly to have a HUGE laugh (my oh my….),

anyway, aside the video trailer above, I put at the bottom a couple of videos about the Bosnian war that were uploaded into Youtube not too long ago. But here's one that hits the core of this human "addiction" to fight.

The statement I love the most in this documentary/movie is:

“I’m NOT a victim…..victims are losers, I’m a survivor”, this is what I’ve been living as and it’s the way I want to be remembered by.

The other reason for me to cry this much and so hard is because this movie has me realize that I too am condemned to remember, not only my happy life before my incident but one of the very big losses I’ve had too, one is the ability to ever play piano again, thanks to hemiparesis…..😐

This actually is very closely related to my deep love for Glenn Gould and his piano playing (look at my old post about it)

VERY LUCKILY I’ve been able to create an entire folder in my Chrome browser filled with Glenn playing Bach with his piano and here’s another “important statement”

saying that Glenn wasn’t just playing Bach’s compositions, he was RE-composing Bach when playing what J. S. Bach had created…….talk about 2 statements that hit very hard those (like me) who give a damn about us humans, what we’ve created and the very sophisticated approach to our existence.

Well, now I leave you to enjoy my links and videos, with the only request to make extra-sure to watch “condemned to remember” (if you can find it)to its very end, very much for the reason that in this movie you can see the very last survivors to the holocaust (70 years ago…..imagine) talking with Croatian "survivors"

Sadly we see history repeating itself, it shows in fact that in what used to be Yugoslavia we had – around 1990 (very recent, just like yesterday) another holocaust type situation, where you see a 90 y/o holocaust survivor talking with a Croatian citizen (in his 40ies) who recounts the story when he was hidden in a forest, watching at the enemies massacring the people who lived in his town and the holocaust man nodding to show that’s exactly what the Nazis did to the “inferior Jewish people” 70 years ago. I think it to be very refreshing that I’ve been working both on this blog and on my new emailing program (OEC) with great professionals who live in Croatia, all very prepared and well-travelled, that's exactly what I want/need to feel comfortable when working with others (all the links to them/their businesses are here on the right).

THE SIMULATION HYPOTHESIS

My oh my, I must admit to be – almost like everyone else – totally ignorant about humanity and universal existence, life and afterlife, no matter that I can say that my NDE experience has transformed me into a very spiritual individual, I still remain with my mouth open and my eyes staring at the infinite vacuum of nothing, in fact I’ve made as friend a very knowledgeable woman who – besides having written and published several books about afterlife and what Jesus said to teach to us very much about who we are and our universal position, I still get shocked by what she replies to my never-ending questions.

In fact earlier today I asked to her about forgiveness, simply because I feel to be the victim of people who very happily take advantage of me and all I’ve built in my life of hard work.

So I told her that I do know well that Jesus said to always forgive your enemy and to give the other cheek to the one who’s slapping your face but I told her that if I forgive the ones who are stealing from me all they can, I can only feel good when I think to the type of eternal afterlife they are going to have.

Well her reply at least shocked me; in fact she mentioned what I’m planning to make a post about soon, in fact she mentioned the “universal forgiveness that Jesus taught” and – of course – I immediately googled this , oh my God! There are hundreds of thousands of websites about this concept – that I never heard anything about, which for a spiritual Catholic as me, is pretty uncomfortable, in fact this is the very reason why – after having done my usual research and having learned all I can of this I’ll publish a post about the universal forgiveness that Jesus taught.

Anyway, following the idea that we know less than nothing about who we are, where we come from and can just make hypotheses about where we go after we leave earth (die).

Among the thousands of hypotheses done about humanity, I think it interesting to describe one that must have involved several “brilliant minds” for some time.

What I’m referring to the simulation hypothesis that truly fascinated me as I was studying/researching it, I must in fact anticipate that the Youtube video here at the bottom of this post, while it’s 17 minutes long is absolutely superior in both the quality of the speaker and its sound/environment.

In short this hypothesis fantasizes that we are all living in a computer program that controls all about us, our lives, where we go, what we do and so on. What makes this very complex is that the observer is us, therefore the so-called "observer effect (watch explanation video) isn't some "superior entity, it's simply us.

I find it fascinating that it took quantum mechanics to put to rest this more recent hypothesis that’s – I have to admit – somewhat uncomfortable to imagine, it actually makes me think to a movie I watched not long ago, where one philosopher tells to another man to look at the fish inside an aquarium/fish tank thinking that the fish in it could be just like we are, totally under the control (food, water quality, temperature and light) of its owner and that for this very reason there shouldn’t be any surprise if the fish start some type of routine that clearly shows the respect for the aquarium’s owner who has become their God.

To me, there’s very little difference between the simulation hypothesis and the fish tank example, both in fact reposition God’s idea/figure to a much more human and understandable level, in short they both follow my own hypothesis that we are the true God, I mean we are the ones who “created” the computer and use it all the time, as well as the fish tank belongs to a man. In my (broken) mind there’s no doubt – especially given these two examples - that as much as we created this and all the parallel universes and as much as we make the (temporarily) so-called miracles, it logically follows that the true God creator is and will always be the humankind (us). MY “FAILED” ACCOUNTING TEST

Last summer I was “graced” to be assessed again (he 3rd one) by yet another of those “neuro clowns” who was somehow unsure to put in writing that I cannot count to 3, he therefore came up with the genial idea to have me show that I’m able to manage (my) money on my own(dahhh).

Now I’ve been criticized for what I’m about to say by a very dear (to me) person who states that I had my "test" because I didn’t keep an eye on my incomes – that were deposited in my (new for me) account, according to the normal timings.

While I certainly agree with the statement, I simply feel the need to add little small info that in my (broken) mind put this “test” under a different light and I’m doing it as I always do…..by bullet points:

· My initial capital was the “luxurious” amount of $3K

· I was told of my “fixed monthly expenses” (rent, medical, medicinal, my personal luxuries – as decided by the very generous court) prior to the beginning of the “test”

What truthfully happened – aside from the fact that I had no credit of any kind, neither any other type of monetary flexibility – is that my Queen (who I still love like in the beginning….27 years ago) thought it to be OK to take from my initial (bare) fund $2K as “anticipation” for my treasures’ support (”I need it to pay rent earlier this month”), my princess daughter’s ballet school called me to be paid for the upcoming month but charged me for 2 full months, when I was supposed (BUT , I was never told) to just pay for half of one month (I paid quadruple the amount for her ballet class), at the same time it was decided – by our collective family in Italy that my princess should spend her summer in Verona to both improve her spoken Italian and to get to meet and know well the Italian side of her family, I therefore anticipated (for few days) the full cost of the air-ticket from LA to Verona (with Lufthansa).

My dear son put the final “cherry on the pie” represented as fooling me to cut him a check for $1K for a “cab ride” to my prison (VSB) and to buy back a golden bracelet that used to belong to my princess he had lent to a pond shop for cash, when in reality he used the money to buy drugs for himself.

The (logic) result of my “test” was to tell to the court that I had decided not to go forward with this “test” rather than say (to a non-human mound of lard) that I love my family more than my own life....

Bottom line, the man who used to be for several decades the president of multi-million dollar companies mainly in the footwear industry, but in spare parts equipment for agricultural machinery too always showing profitable and above-budget results was put in the position to fail something I could easily do when I was 15 years old.

The consequences are that I lost my entire US family and I’ve been imposed the financial control initially by a woman who I best say nothing about (nothing good, I’d be moved to another jail…. ) and now by a former/failed Presbyterian minister (best for me not to express what he showed to our God what he likes best……).

And here (and now) once again I’m in the position to refer to Iacopo, my atheist friend who’s been proving through his studies what I’ve been saying here, or that the true God we’ve been referring to since the beginning of time is simply us, “normal people” who - using the organ between our 2 ears - have created “at least” this universe and all that surrounds us, since the beginning of time. In fact what he’s been saying with his writings is that “the time when people will realize what kind of afterlife they are looking at - depending on the kind of life they lived - will be the time when the entire world will change overnight ” which to me it sounds exactly the same to what Jesus Christ had attempted to teach to humankind (us sinners). If I was one of the “neuro clowns” who had attempted to figure out what kind of person I’ve always been (and still am) I’d immediately start to “sweat bullets” while I rush to see an experienced and very good attorney able to modify the assessment made on me asap.

Last but not least, you can go to my past posts where I explain the (Catholic/religious) reason that clearly explains how hurting "somebody else” does bring earthly damnations, that are often fairly noticeable. My references to A. Einstein here, predict a future post that will explain the reason for my increased logic and intelligence that are simply explained by the Quantum Physics related NDE.

OF THE AFTERLIFE

Following my post of few days ago where I talked about the triplication of the chances to die sooner after a TBI – once again – I want to make reference to my good friend Iacopo.......the atheist, in the sense that him being somewhat of a philosopher with very specific ideas about what happens after we die and about our human afterlife, he introduced me to D. Kolak, about whom I’ve read some of his writings that I find interesting but that bring forward what I define as very strange ideas about human existence and especially the individuality of each of us, I also find that Iacopo is very much influenced by this other American philosopher, however as the “born Christian” that I’ve been since I can remember I’ve developed a very nice email-relationship with the Roberta in these Youtubes I put in this post.

I’m not totally sure, but we’ve had our highs and lows in our email exchanging because she says that all she knows which is the fruit of her “half century of research on afterlife”, that’s very much intermixed with her absolute faith in Jesus, to the point that she recently published an entire book about it, with the title “Liberating Jesus” now sold through Amazon worldwide of which I both have her original (from her directly) pdf copy and the pre-read version sold by Amazon, this way it’s much easier for me to read (listen) what she wrote about our afterlife.

Anyway I know (by direct experience) that Roberta and Iacopo are at the 2 opposite extremes of the idea about where we end up after we die.

While Roberta’s hypothesis is very close to what Jesus taught to us – that’s now being scientifically confirmed by the quantum physics – the (opposite) position taken by Iacopo and Kolak is what I’d say “fully based" on the quantum physics too.

Therefore in a certain way both hypotheses are totally opposite BUT both based on quantum physics’ claims, if you want to know which side I prefer, my preference goes to that of Roberta, not just because she’s a Catholic - just like me – but very much more because what she says – that forms the foundations of her hypothesis – is fully based on research done interviewing real people who truly experienced – like I did – what happens with death and after (NDE, Near Death Experience). Of course – aside from suggesting to read her book (please think NOT that I make any money from saying this) and keep checking my blog here that’s growing by the day and that soon is going to reach the one thousand posts……what am I going to do after that? Well, at least I can say that it had me develop a cultured spiritual individual who has studied for many months most of what humans have scratched their heads for centuries, no comment on the fact that I could do it only because I’m alone and retired….
