CONSCIOUSNESS = SOUL

I kinda dedicate this post on consciousness and soul being exactly the same to my friend philosopher Iacopo and all the other atheists I know, simply because quantum science – or the most advanced scientific research of these days – decided to name consciousness what we Catholics have been calling the soul for millennia. The "soul or spirit" is that part of us that enables us to be aware of ourselves. It is the essence of life, eternal and its substance lies outside the physical parameters of the Universe. Moreover, when in place in any physical and human body, it connects directly to and is our consciousness.

As I always do (sorry!) I “embellish” my post with both Youtube videos and carefully chosen links to other websites that all fully support my subject matter.

In addition – given the number of requests – I’m going to explain once again, what happens after we die because I recently realized by myself to have kind of “sprinkled” this concepts around a dozen of posts.

JUDGEMENT

It isn’t God or any other “superior being” who determines the “punishment we deserve for whatever bad we did to others while living. It's simply us who judge ourselves.

PUNISHMENT

Given that the judgement is done by us only, it results in a personal and appropriate punishment, i.e. whatever scared or disgusted you will be what you’ll forever experience, in my case – for example – IF I’ll decide to go to hell, I’ll be forever drowning – now, go back to read what time truly is, after death (the eternal NOW).

WARNING

I’m therefore going to “concentrate” this hypothesis of mine in this post alone with the simple – and obvious – reminder that if you feel guilty for having hurt somebody else, you best fix your bad actions before you die, that’s way better than forever regret them, without any chance to come back to living earth to make them right again.

I’m really hoping that – once again – my very objective idea of the word consciousness (also scientific) used in place of the word soul can convince those who have always thought that human existence isn't truly eternal nor that our living here on earth is only way to form our consciousness no matter if it’s truly painful and hard – in fact, just listen to what every NDE survivor says, they aren’t scared of death anymore at all.

Do know however that to commit suicide remains to be a very grave sin, those who commit it will forever regret what they would have done for themselves and for others if they could have kept living……

Just think about this, if our brain uses eternal electrical charges to function and these charges reflect our entire lives, once these charges leave our body at death, where would they go and what could they ever do? Quantum science is giving us the right answer.
