For the longest time I haven't been able to understand the
reason why the court in charge to decide my life destiny is the juvenile court
in Ventura and pretty much all of the other individuals present for the
appointment of a conservator are minors who look very mentally retarded to me,
but obviously have large amounts of money at their disposal and by assigning a
conservator to those kids the court attempts to ensure that those "retarded
kids" won't be able to totally waste their monetary funds before they
become decent enough to understand the value of what they own, so that there
won't be any risk of them wasting it all away.
My bare presence in that court has forced me to look into
the conservatorship laws and become a supporter of the NASGA that helped me to
understand that the lawyers who worked on these laws made it absolutely sure
that they never could be trapped in their own "legislative
creatures".
This also makes it more than clear and obvious that the
members of that juvenile court are completely trapped in the confusion of
applying such confusing and unfair laws, it goes without me saying that while I
do respect those judges I completely understand that to decide that a former, successful
company president of 51 years of age should never be put at the same level of
minor kids who are so retarded that cannot even form an idea, nor express it in
intelligible words.
Following the law to the letter this court assigned to me a
defense attorney by the name of Mary, who immediately saw that I'm not even
close to need to have a conservator and went so far to make the joke that my
"conservator won the lottery ticket of her life" by being assigned to
me as conservator. Given that very
surprisingly for me (an Italian born, Catholic by default) I had what's named
today a NDE when I was told to have made an agreement to survive, against all
the odds with Jesus Christ, I now can say with great confidence that since as
we die we see our entire lives like in a documentary and our newly acquired
universal intelligence gives the ability to pinpoint each and every time we
hurt someone else to decide what kind of afterlife we are going to have in
eternity, I do feel very sorry for quite a number of people who put me in this
position of pain and humiliation, simply because I know (for personal and
direct experience) that unless they correct their wrongs done to me and to my
treasures, while living their eternal existence as souls will be spent in some
"hellish" way, or place.
Given that I made an agreement with Jesus and I've always
believed in His true existence, I'm very confident that Jesus will be at my
side in my support when I'll be in court in few weeks and I can only be sorry
for those who think that I'm a brain injured man who says this, you will understand,
experience and see when you'll die, sadly nobody will ever know until death arrives.
