AMAZING LEARNING

I've been investing a minimal part of my monthly charity in buying fish oil to take as much as I can, all based on the claims made in these sites and Youtube claiming that omega 3 in fish oil is important to give to the injured brain the ability to heal itself and what I love about this is that it's a totally over-the-counter product that doesn't require any prescription filled by an MD, so it's the opposite of my dreamed perispinal Enbrel that not only is very expensive but that given that the FDA hasn't approved it yet, I'm free to take whenever I feel like doing it, my own mother - who keeps calling me daily - told me recently that her own sister Francesca took fish oil while she was growing up because in Venice it was considered a good balancing product while developing. However, even if I'm 51 y/o and my development stopped at least 30 years ago, in reading what fish oil can do and has done to the brain when injured, I'm proud and glad to say that I've been on an aggressive fish oil supplementation cycle. Still cannot wrap my head around the fact that my plenty MD never suggested to me something so easy, cheap and practical (no side-effects whatsoever).
