MY DEATH BY CONSERVATORSHIP

I had published here on 6/18/2017 (WOW 2 years ago!) a post by the title “IMPRISONED AND ROBBED BY PROFESSIONAL CONSERVATORS, link here:

http://lingiaca.blogspot.com/2017/06/imprisoned-and-robbed-by-professional.html

but since in these past 2 years!  I’m still under to “infinite powers” of conservators who’ll NEVER impress me in any way whatsoever (the current one was a former heretic Lutheran priest who decided that to stay married to God didn’t give all he was hoping for, he made the decision to marry a woman who evidently thought it to be OK to have children with a real priest in a vest).
However, having more than too much time available to build my “sand-castles” I realized that conservators too are victims of conservatorship laws, I mean my current one – coming from priesthood – convinced himself that he can help and support very old people who have Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's or senile dementia who were abandoned by their families (I wonder who said that this is me already??).
In fact I (very) recently did read that here in California, these conservatorship laws are very much misunderstood, therefore applied by a vast number of high court judges around the State, who – not only never received such test directly - but in addition can’t understand what assessments say, so they just read their “condensed version”, or the final recap.
In some way I therefore don’t feel too good for the people who made the decision to spend the few hours it may take to receive the conservator’s license, I do strongly believe that this license is wanted out of desperation (in the case of a  woman often because divorced, if a man it can only be out of complete lack of any specific education and/or interest)
But let me add few words now to talk about someone who’s in hell already, while living here on earth, I refer to my High court judge who – in all fairness – I can’t say that she looks like a cow……- surely all the cows in the world would be very offended and may stop to produce milk J
The only one reason that makes me refer to a  her, rather than a him is only because of the two mammary glands (they look like they weigh at least 60 pounds each) on her chest and the name she has.
Talk about brain injury…… she’s the one whose brain is evidently badly injured, as all my readers know I’m a true lover of prime rib and filet, and I can only say that IF that judge would ever be butchered, absolutely nothing could be kept to feed anyone/anything…..what a waste!!
Aside from this total waste, to have such a judge working in a superior court of the USA offends the entire American judiciary system, I’m sure it takes away from Arnold entire nights of sleep.
But let me ask to our next major of this beautiful town (a true Angel J) why that judge shall maintain her too powerful and very dangerous job (surely very well paid too).
Now, what makes somehow more self-confident than usual (can any of the people who know me personally think this might be possible?) is simply that IF anything will happen either to me or to my PC with its internet access, this entire town and plenty people from SFO to L.A. would immediately know the “doers/perpetrators” of any and all disadvantages I may be subjected to (add the fact that ANY PC in the world with internet connection can be used to publish all I want). Wait and see in a future post I'll be talking about the people who spent years and very much money to become the attorneys (Jeff and Maria) of conservators like the ones who "conserved" me (Mark and Stephanie), ......talk about a HUGE waste of time and money.......you become an attorney to "protect "legalized thieves"to receive as payment the smallest fraction of what conservators can steal from disabled conservatees/real people.
B.T.W. never forget that freedom of speech is a constitutionally protected right in the US of A.

FALLEN SOLDIER

This morning – as I always do, I signed into my A. Prime account looking for a movie to watch and I found the one that titles this post…….guess what? It’s about a young American boxer who goes to England to fight a true champion in the mid-lightweight category and he receives so many punches to his head that he gets knocked out, goes into a coma due to his brain conditions for the TBI he got (way worse than mine), so I decided to make a post about what this movie meant to me,  it took me half a day to find and select the Youtube videos you see in this post, mainly because I wanted to show this man several years after his recovery still totally blind with only 80% of his hearing.
Ho my god!! Talk about someone in dear need of some a conservator! BUT since he’s surrounded by the love of his family (his sister in particular), supporters and friends, his life is completely free from any conservator (the losers!!) and through former fans’ donations his family is able to pay for all of his meds and special therapies he’s in need to receive. I admit that I fell in love with one of the opening statements in this movie/documentary that I personalized like this:
The road less travelled is the path of a warrior, I was born blessed with superior intelligence and great athletic abilities, and i.e. I was in Rome in 1982 with a group of swimmers to be chosen to participate to the European swim championships.
BUT, in the early afternoon of October 12th 2005 I was struck by a minor (without his driver’s license) as he was parking his father's jeep while I was riding my highly accessorized street bicycle, which resulted in my TBI followed by 2 months long in a coma during which my family – my wife and my 2 children whom I love so much that the day I came out of the coma I said that I had made “an agreement” (with Jesus Christ??) to return to living earth, no matter that I was warned in advance that “it’s going to be painful” for my unmeasurable love for my 2 children.
Anyway, I’m sure that nobody can even think of the millions of YouTube videos that come out if you put in the search bat “fallen soldier” they are ALL about our soldier’s bodies returned to the USA for their proper burial and rejoining with the families (you try and see….) Among the dozens of videos I watched to find these ones, former presidents of the past either sent personal handwritten letters (Lincoln) to the families of the fallen heroes,  or went to the arrival of their bodies already inside coffins at the airports or naval ports with the families, shaking hands and giving words of support to the family members of the fallen soldiers (Obama, Clinton and Bush).
Bottom line: I truly am a "fallen soldier" and was born to be a fighter and no one can take that away from me!

S.P.Q.R. SENATUS POPULOSQUE ROMANU

I dedicate this post to my splendid daughter Giorgia 😊 and to her magnificent intelligence and curiosity for history, cultures, where they came from and how/why they developed as they are today. This post’s title - for those not too familiar with the language that developed in English, Spanish, Romanian and obviously Italian –says:  “The Senate and the Roman people” I can’t explain the reason why I got affected by – what I’d call the “Latin fever” and it’s due to the fact that I stumbled a couple of days ago on these 2 websites:
1.   The free online streaming movie “gladiator” and,
2. The website I put among the usual links I put here below  (it’s the link in orange) that I find it to be great, because it contains all the texts of plenty writers who lived in Rome when it was an empire (=capital of the entire known world for about 2.000 years) all listed by name with the possibility to download the original texts in Latin and several other interesting options, named “progetto Ovidio” and obviously, made in Italy
3. Of course this is probably my best way to spend my time doing something that I enjoy since I was 16 y/o.
But let me give you a panoramic view of this empire with its influence on us (occidental) and the way we are today.
       ------------------------------------------
The legacy of Ancient Rome in fact is still felt today in western culture in areas such as government, law, language, architecture, engineering, and religion (forget NOT that it was the Roman Empire that fully created Jesus, the Vatican and the entire Catholic religion, today followed by billions of people around the world). Many modern-day governments are modeled after the Roman Republic.
Roman literature had a deep impact on the rest of the world, it is important to note the impact that the Roman language has had on the Western world. Ancient Romans spoke Latin, which spread throughout the world with the increase of Roman political power. ... The English alphabet is based on the Latin alphabet.
Even when the Western Roman Empire started falling to pieces, it took a long time for it to fall and was still a dangerous enemy in its death throws. Getting back to the question, Rome is considered so important because it controlled most of Europe, and a great deal of European culture and customs date back to roman times.
Romans left an everlasting legacy by inventing the wooden pulley, aqueducts, and concrete. These three inventions were stepping stones to the modern technology we have today. The Roman pulley represents the legacy of the Roman Empire because it played a critical part in the crane.
The ancient Romans developed many new techniques for buildings and construction of all types including concrete, Roman roads, Roman arches, and aqueducts. Public Health Programs: The Romans were great believers in healthy living. They made sure that all the people of Rome were able to get medical help.
Today Roman law has been replaced by modern codes. Most important of all, Roman law will have great significance in regard to the formation of uniform legal rules which further the process of political integration in Europe. Roman law is the common foundation upon which the European legal order is built.
In approximately 600 BC, when the Etruscans occupied Latium and settled in Rome, the influence of Etruscan civilization and art affected other Latin towns as Rome itself. ... In fact it was a coalition of Latins and Greeks that led to the Etruscans' withdrawal from Latium in 475 BC.
The Romans established a form of government — the republic — that was copied by countries for centuries. In fact, the government of the United States is based partly on Rome's model. The ladder to political power in the Roman Senate was different for the wealthy patricians than for the lower-class, the plebeians.

The fall of the Roman Empire marked the beginning of the Middle Ages: a period of time known for widespread poverty, religious tyranny, and intellectual and technological stagnation that lasted for a thousand years. For about five hundred years (27 BCE through 476 CE), Rome was the most powerful empire in the world.
Latin and Greek were the official languages of the Roman Empire, but other languages were important regionally. Latin was the original language of the Romans and remained the language of imperial administration, legislation, and the military throughout the classical period (what I find it to be fascinating is that Latin – dead language – is still used today as the “official” language in the Vatican Empire and the high levels of the religious curia.
Roman literature had a deep impact on the rest of the world, it’s important to note the impact that the Roman language has had on the Western world. Ancient Romans spoke Latin, which spread throughout the world with the increase of Roman political power.  The English alphabet is based on the Latin alphabet, which came directly from the Phoenician alphabet (I could write yet another book  on this……)

Rome's most obvious strength was its military. The Romans had the best training and training facilities, the biggest budget and best armory the world at that time has ever seen. ... Bearing in mind that the Roman Empire spanned continents as well as vast cultural differences. The Romans were good at seducing its subjects.
The decline of Rome dovetailed with the spread of Christianity, and some have argued that the rise of a new faith helped contribute to the empire's fall (truly??). The Edict of Milan legalized Christianity in 313, and it later became the state religion in 380 (WOW talk about keeping an historical perspective….). BUT now go to look and read the websites linked below and………I’m not offended if you make a small donation!

THE SIMULATION HYPOTHESES

This hypothesis has fascinated me for a pretty long time, at least since I watched a movie where Morgan Freeman looks at a fish tank and comments “what if this is us with our planet and the universe and I’m outside looking at it…..would I be considered their God creator?” I must admit that in thinking of that scene made me think deeply about this idea, what if when we die we go into a parallel universe where all we like just happens as we think of it?
After having made a fairy wide research on this subject…………saying that – probably for the very first time – I got a pretty bad headache, but after I got rid of it I concluded – given the number (very big) of researches in this field (computer technology, mathematics, quantum’s and philosophy) that today it sees that the most credible hypothesis is that we are all – our universe included – nothing but a computer simulation….. Aside from the fact that this may prove that I’m correct in saying that we humans are all gods – because all indispensable parts of one software/program, the very idea of being like the fish in Freeman’s fish tank gives me goose bumps, BUT at the same time just thinking at the progress we’ve made in most of sciences, researches (including the quantum sciences), instrumentation and researcher’s quality with education I decided to convince myself that the reality all around myself is what I see, touch, smell and hear, no matter that I keep reading and watch movies and You tubes  that say that our reality is all we can perceive using our (now fairly limited) senses.
